During our soft launch SYKES offers free shipment in the UK and internationally.
Shipping to the UK usually takes 2-3 days from when the order is processed. Shipping to Europe Zone 1 countries can take up to 5 days. For Europe Zone 2 and other international destinations it can take up to 9 days.
Whilst we try our best to get your order to you in the specified time, occasionally some things are beyond our control. If there is a delay in receiving your order, please contact us via email (using the address at the bottom of the page) and we will endeavour to resolve with the courier as quickly as possible.
Important Delivery Information
All orders placed before 1PM GMT Monday – Friday are shipped same day (bank holidays excluded). Any orders placed after 1PM GMT are shipped next day. Orders placed after 1PM GMT Friday are shipped on the following Monday for next day delivery.
All our shipments are delivered by our logistics partner who will require a signature to deliver your package, so please provide a delivery address where your shipment can be received and signed for during business hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver on public holidays.
We make garments with quality as a priority, with excellent fit and comfort at the forefront of the process. However, if you are not completely satisfied please contact us via email to receive our returns form. You will need to return your order to us within 28 days of receipt in its original unused condition and with all original packaging and tags still attached.

All exchanged orders are sent free of additional postage charge. Please note that exchanges can only be made on size or colour. If you would like to exchange for another style, please email us and a member of the SYKES team will be in touch.
